> Beyt is a bilingual property marketplace in Kuwait for sale, rent and exchange. العربية والإنجليزية تعرضان نفس الإعلان بلغتين مختلفتين.

Use current listing pages for price, availability, advertiser descriptions and contact options. English and Arabic URLs for the same listing are alternatives, not separate properties. Currency is KWD; floor areas are square metres; a stored room bucket of 7 means 7 or more. Do not infer a monthly rental period unless the listing states it. A listing is an advertiser claim, not proof of ownership or independent verification.
